Tucked In and Spanked

After the game on Sunday night (his team won btw) Daddy came back with me to tuck me in cos I was feeling erm, well, there's no real English translation for it, the Malay word for it is "manja".

according to Google translate...

It's kinda like when you're needy, and affectionate, and want to be spoiled and paid attention to and fussed over.

Something like that.

Anyway he came up and I showered and he helped me with my sheets (Sunday is sheet-laundering day) and then I crawled into bed and he climbed in beside me.

While we chatted for a bit he reached over and played with my nipple.

"How do people not twiddle with a nipple when it's right there?" he mused.

"Self - restraint," I said.

"Well, doms don't have to practise that cos those are OUR nipples," he carried on.

We ended up having sex cos I got turned on and Roger got excited and there was lots of kissing and grabbing and pulling... and well, you know.

When we finally settled in again I asked him for a story. And he told me his (spanking) version of the 3 little pigs. It was funny.

And I got spanked at the appropriate places. It was like a "spank-along" story.

By the end of it I had a warm bum and my eyelids were heavy. So he kissed me goodnight and let himself out.

I was only half awake as I listened for the sound of the main gate locking and then I was out like a light.

It was a lovely way to end the weekend :)

Tuesday Toon #28

Many many pics today... thanks to Daddy BIKSS. And a link right at the end that I found rather amusing.  Enjoy!

And now in honour of Chinese New Year (it goes on for 15 days, really) here is a link to

Last Week Was Madness

The beginning of the week was a bit slow... getting back to work was tedious after the long CNY weekend and to make things worse BIKSS didn't get to take me to work in the mornings on Mon and Tue cos he was off work on Monday and I think Tuesday I had to be in extra early so the timing didn't quite match up. He did have Tuesday off as well so he came to get me after my work and we had lunch at a nearby Dim Sum place that I enjoy!

Yes, we eat other things besides Sashimi :)
I think this was the day of the nipple clamp calamity, but after that all was sunny and bright again and we headed out to run some errands (for me, not for him).

Mid week was spent dealing with trying to find a solution to a dry-wood termite infestation. Yes, you heard that right. There were bugs. Flying. Crawling. Alive. Dead. All around. Wood shavings in a pile on the floor. In my kitchen. I was freaking out. But I have a really good friend in pest control so he came round to take a look and got some dead bug samples to take back to the office. The technicians confirmed his thoughts the next day - I need to get my kitchen cupboard wood treated. So we're going to have to remove EVERYTHING inside them, poke some holes in the back panels and strip away some of the laminate then infuse the wood with potent shit that will hopefully kill the lot of them.

I'm NOT looking forward to it. It will take at least a week (follow up will happen a week from the treatment day) and if need be a second application will be carried out and then another follow up the week after. After which I will probably have to paint the exposed bits (or else it would just look crappy and I'm told the paint would provide an extra chemical layer over some portions of the wood at least), before I can shove all the stuff back into the cupboards. I have 14 doors worth of cabinets. That's a LOT of junk.

I'm already deciding what I'll be keeping and what I won't.

I may as well declutter while I'm removing all the contents - they have to sit outside somewhere for a month. A whole month. Sigh.

I've also had to deal with my father not wanting to attend his eldercare centre daily. So on the days he doesn't go (we've worked out a schedule) I've "ordered" an elder sitter to come by and take him out on the wheelchair and talk to him and just basically help keep him engaged for 3 hours in the afternoons.

Now I'm a little concerned because I hear from mum that he's not thrilled by the idea of "a man coming" to sit with him. I told mum to tell him that this dude is my friend who does this for a living and I'm trying to "help" by giving him an extra client. I hope it works.

My social worker has also informed me that she is leaving the hospital where we get my parents' healthcare taken care of. The hospital has a social services arm that helps eligible patients get grants and funding from various government or gov-affiliated agencies, and she has been totally the best in helping me fill out all the paperwork. Because of her we've got subsidised doctor visits (yes even at private clinics - and yes, even for ME), $300 in monthly grants, and subsidised rates for my father's elder care centre and mum's weekly physiotherapy sessions.

I am a little anxious about who the next person is who will be taking over my case. She did say she was calling to tell me that we could now "officially be friends" since we won't be involved in a professional capacity anymore. Which I thought was totally sweet of her. I told my bff and she thinks she might be gay and hitting on me. I'm getting a similar vibe too - and we've already made plans to have coffee next week as her last day at work will be this Friday.

Too funny. But I needed that amusement this week cos it's been a rather stressful one in general - belligerent father, stressed out mum (because of said father), termites and uncertainty about the future of our healthcare/medical issues assistance.

I wish things didn't all happen in the same week, but at least I can't look back on my life and say it was boring!

Have a good week ahead everyone!

FFF 4 Recap

Welcome to another recap of FFF!

Thank you all for your advice and get-well wishes. I AM feeling much better and have started exercising again. I managed an hour's walk with my Godson two days ago and I felt so much better after.

I am also drinking a ton of vit C (I like the effervescent tablets) and a honey-aloe vera concoction that is sold at the TCM shops here. Apparently when one has the flu one is "heaty" (or yang) so one should take more "cooling" (yin) foods. Here's a pictorial guide - click to enlarge.

ANYWAY...   Here are this week's updates:

Lindy is all set to join us next week, but for now she's our number one fan!

Ancilla_ksst is totally rocking the exercise portion of her FFF. I'm jealous...

Lea's wrong DOMS and check out her under-sink decluttering. Fantastic stuff.

Olivia's lost it. The weight, that is.

Abby's Shoppin' and Walkin'

Jlynne's getting ready for Spring Cleaning

Comment updates are up next -

Downunder Don :

I don't know why but exercise this week went out the window. No sessions on the bike or equipment and only 1 doggie walk to the beach and back...about 5 kms.

Still on the fast diet and weight loss seems to be holding; down 3 kgs from starting weight. Only 5 more to go.

Deena :

My FFF4 on Weight Watchers has been good but definitely slowed down. Still, as long as the scale is heading down I'm ok with it. I probably need to drink more water and definitely need to exercise more. Blah. My husband knows my love for putting on my pjs as early as possible so he worked it in to help motivate me to exercise. If I exercise, I don't have to "ask' to put them on. Lol! As he is not particularly HOHy (we are slowly moving in the TTWD world) I was pretty surprised. Have to say, it is quite motivating.

Roz:

I am down a day with the walking and a day with the exercises. For some reason I have also struggled a bit with the exercises so haven't quite managed the usual number each day.

Ella:

It does sound like everyone is rolling along the FFF path this week. I have exercised 5 times this week - no excuses. AND finally finished deep cleaning/decluttering my kitchen. It sparkles and everything has a place. Six bags of donations to take to Goodwill.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That's it for this Sunday. As always, if your link isn't here or you know of someone whose update I've left out, please leave a comment and I'll get to it.
PS - Morningstar has decided to join us! Welcome! I've also added her blog's link on the Fit For Friday page
Did This Really Happen?
IF you're in the UK you HAVE to tell me if this really happened... I mean.. did KFC stores really close because they had no more chicken?
KFC's Chickengate Apology
In brief :
~Fast food giant issued tongue-in-cheek apology in morning newspapers today
~It features an empty bargain bucket with letters 'FCK' on it - instead of 'KFC'
~This week's KFC crisis has seen hundreds of UK stores closed and limited menus
~Chicken shortage came after company changed to new delivery firm DHL
FFF 4
As predicted, this last week didn't go so well. Thank you, Flu.
Number of exercise days - 0 of 4
Number of 10k days - 3 of 5
Highest no of steps in a day -12,211
Ah well. I'm still nursing the tail end of a night cough, thank you post nasal drip.
I'm doing what I can to stay hydrated, and I've given in to taking some stronger cough syrup so I'll at least be able to sleep thru the night.
Things are not great here in Fondlesville.
Meanwhile, here are some links for you to read - the topic : Exercising and Being Sick.
Should you? It depends on where the symptoms are- above or below the neck
They're above the neck. What Exercise can I do safely?
So is it an allergy? Or do I have an infection?
Getting past the all-night coughing fits
That's all from me for this edition of FFF. Which right now stands for "Flu for Friday" for me...
The Clips Went On And One Fell Off
Remember those nipple clamp things
Well we thought we might try the third clamp today and see how we like it. We like it.
He decided to play with his cock-ring-cum-prostate-massager toy. So we took the clamps off for a while (I'm paranoid about the not-longer-than-10/15-mins rule) and he went to get it.
It took some effort getting him sorted, but once that was all systems go he proceeded to put the clamps on again.
Only while moving about to try and get into a more comfortable position to put on the third clamp, BIKSS accidentally yanked on one of the nipple ones. And it came off. And I grabbed my tit. Which, thankfully, was still on me and hadn't also fallen off.
We left the right nipple clamp-free because of the pain (not the good kind) but did manage to have some kinky fun time after that little incident!
Ah well. Shit happens. I made sure (respectfully) that he knew how I felt about being more careful with this sort of thing, and he very apologetically said sorry to my tit. Better than nothing I guess.
Got these from BIKSS some time ago... but didn't have time to sit down and post them.
Enjoy!
FFF 3 Recap
It has been a really hectic week for me, and I apologise for not going round to comment on your blogs, but it is now the weekend and I can rest.
Here are this week's FFF posts (as usual, if I have missed out anyone, please leave a comment so I can add yours to the list) -
Here's Amy49 - maybe we should remind her to drink more water!
Lea is adding Sleep Tracking to her goals - we do all need to remember to rest!
Lindy's on a hiatus till after Tuesday.
Ancilla_ksst has lost another pound - way to go!
Jlynne's no Barbie!
Comment updates from
Roz :
I am pretty much on track with my goals. Only missed one walk and one day I was down on the number of stair climbs by one. Sit up's and crunches on target. I still need to work on the diet though lol.
Downunder Don :
Exercise has been poor this week, 2 puppy walks each of 5 kms, only 2 exercises on the bike and gym equipment, BUT 2 good fast days (I am doing the 5/2 fast diet...it is much easier than I first thought).
And I appear to have lost 3 kgs consistently over 4 days. I know it is probably only water loss but I am oh so proud!!!! (and smug as my wife has only lost 2 kgs)
Deena :
I've stuck to my Weight Watchers points and lost this week. Just as importantly, as I was trying to get myself to declutter with all of you (one of my worst traits is my tendency for clutter) I also read an article that said clutter increases anxiety. So I took an hour and cleaned off my dresser (yah - there was lots of clutter). Thanks to all for sharing! So inspirational!
Happy Chinese New Year Day 2
The caterers were late delivering our food on the eve of CNY - I had a bunch of hungry people here and NO FOOD. They eventually got here an hour and 15 mins after the "latest by" time. I was not happy. But what could I do right? We ate. We made a lot of noise. They made a mess. Then we played some black jack. And at midnight we wished everyone Happy New Year. By 12.45 everyone was out the door and headed home to crawl into bed.
On the first day of CNY I hosted my family lunch. With more catering. Because I wasn't about to cook for 30. This time they brought the food when they said they would. And everything went smoothly.
I didn't have time to eat - so that's a plus for FFF - cos I was so busy shuttling food and drink from kitchen to dining table and fetching emptied out serving dishes from dining table to kitchen... from slicing up cake and tea to collecting disposable dinnerware.
By the time everyone left it was 3 in the afternoon and I had in my hand 5 mini eclairs. It seemed a waste to chuck them. And it was a bother to put them in the fridge. So down my hatch they went. And that was breakfast and lunch all rolled into one.
Note to self - NEXT YEAR EAT FIRST BEFORE THE GUESTS DESCEND UPON US.
Then it was off to visit my bff's mum. Where I finally could sit down to a proper meal. And now that I'm full of yummy traditional Chinese fare, it's time to settle in front of the TV and get folding. Laundry does not take a break for the holidays!
Happy Year of the Dog everybody!
(Those words say Gong Xi Fa Cai)
16 February 2018
FFF 3
First of all, it's the Lunar New Year for us Chinese folks! So...
GONG XI FA CAI (which means, wishing you joy and prosperity)
and XIN NIAN KUAI LE (which actually means Happy New Year)
All right then! Down to business. Some of us have had false starts. That's ok. You can never have too many starts. Some of us started then had to stop. That's ok, it's not really stopping - it's just changing the way we do FFF. Some of us didn't start till later. That's ok, FFF is fluid - we're here, you can be here when you're here, or not here when you're not. It's not a race. It's not a contest. It's just a place we can all go to to share our achievements, challenges, difficulties and everything else in between. Go forth and be motivated you all!
This is very true. We did not think we'd be doing this right? Yet here we are.
That's what FFF is all about - let's DO THIS!
See? We can make as many new starts as we need to!
Or in a month, or two... I'm certain it won't take us a year to see and feel the difference!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And now... updates!

I had a good week (ending Sunday 11th Feb) -

Exercise - 4 out of 4 (Hurray I hit my target!)
10k days - 7 out of 5 (I'm going to give myself a gold star!)
Max steps - 15,644 on Saturday (That's the day we went out to watch the Spurs match)

Meanwhile, the scales are staying put. I haven't put on anything but I haven't lost anything. Those extra 3-5 pounds I'm trying to shed don't seem to want to go anywhere except hang around my thighs.

I did have a slight flu and my back was acting up towards the end of last week as well, so I'm extra thrilled that despite that I managed to meet my targets - I was lucky I got in all my exercise days BEFORE the flu hit!

The next update may not be as exciting, as there will be much Chinese New Year feasting going on, and very little time to go and exercise, plus I was still nursing the tail end of that nasty flu bug at the beginning of the week.

But I'll definitely be trying my bestest!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hokay. And now it's time for links. This week it's all about weight. To be specific - Body Weight Set Points and how to change them!
This one isn't weight related, but I wanted to add this in because I eat lots of frozen vegetables and I was wondering if it was bad for me... turns out, it isn't. Hurray!
And that's it from me for FFF3
As always, I'll be looking forward to your updates and will post a recap on Sunday!
Daddy Gifts
My Hong Bao from BIKSS
Littles like gifts. They don't have to be BIG gifts. Or expensive gifts. Just meaningful gifts.  Like...
... chocolate milk which he sneaks into the fridge ...
--- a lucky hong bao for me to stuff into my wallet (right) ---
... a unicorn wall poster for Valentine's Day which hasn't arrived yet ...
---ferrying me all over the place to do my "things" ---
So for all my gifts, all the time, THANK YOU Daddy BIKSS.
This Is What I've Been Doing
It is now the final day of my annual Chinese New Year bakefest. By the end of today I will be done with all the cakes. As I mentioned in one of my comments - I made 42 this year. And will be making 4 more after the CNY holidays, ie next week.
If you wanna know what all the fuss is about - this is how the darn things are made : layer by painful layer. And no, I don't sit. I stand. In front of the open oven. With two cake tins going in and out in turn. Yup.
You can read more about these time-consuming, energy-sapping cakes here.
Another Date and Lower Back Sex Stretch
Remember that pretty lace panty from Saturday's post? Daddy came round that evening and I got ready to go out to dinner and watch his team play. I had forgotten that I was supposed to wear that pair until he reminded me!
I pulled out a panty from my drawer and he said "You're wearing those panties?" And at first I didn't get it, so he repeated himself and THEN I realised.
I was doped up on meds, that's my defence. I woke up to a scratchy throat the day before, and ran a slight fever that night. Here's a text exchange from earlier in the day - he's sweet!
The wizard WAS right. I did feel better by the time we were gonna head out for dinner, but what he DIDN'T say was that I was going to end up with an aching lower back after mopping the kitchen.
I suppose as the saying goes, you win some, you lose some.
We went to a wings place at a popular club/pub area where they were sure to show the game - it was a big one too... Spurs v Arsenal.
We had a chicken wrap and wings for dinner...
But back to the game - I had my lucky charm knickers on, and BIKSS had his team shirt on,
and I had a sexy top on... (which would have looked better if I had SOME boob... but ah well)
.... And we won!!!
Go Spurs!
So after that Daddy came back to my place where we cuddled and talked and at first it didn't look like anything sexy was going to happen. I got undressed and lay in bed cos my back was still hurting. But he started twiddling my nipples (now free of the nipple shield sticker things) and I wanted to have a cum, so he got me my Purple Pieman and gave me an assist down below as I held the vibe against myself.
Of course that meant Roger got excited, so I asked if he wanted some play time too. He asked if it would be ok tho, cos I *DID* have a backache. But hey, I need to stretch right?
Since this is one of the stretches I do to relieve the pain in my lower back...
I figured it wouldn't be a stretch (heh) to take that one step further to this...
...which is what we did. I teased BIKSS saying he was a really good physiotherapist, helping me with my stretches and all... he grinned, maybe he should consider a career change!
12 February 2018
Early Valentine
It is now Thursday night. I'm writing this in advance - and by the time you read it I would have already been 3 days deep in baking madness.
There will be 3 more days to go, and then I will rest on Thursday - for Thursday night is when the traditional reunion dinner will take place for Chinese families celebrating the Lunar New Year (aka Chinese New Year aka CNY) on Friday and Saturday. (Click on the link for a quick guide to CNY in southeast asia!)
This also means that there will be NO time or energy for celebrating Valentine's Day.
Which is why when we both took the day off and went across the border to cheaper-goods-land today I told Daddy we should just celebrate V day early - and I offered to buy him lunch. Which, you guessed it, meant more Jap food! We love this restaurant, and Japanese eateries are great for low-carbers.
First, we found a street side fair that had row upon row of crackers and cookies which are usually offered to guests who visit relatives at CNY and we bought tons of stuff there as I had been tasked with getting stuff for my colleagues and Daddy had been given a wad of cash to exchange for goodies for his office pantry!
Then we drove to our favourite Japanese place to have lunch.
Deep fried tofu with a variety of condiments
Battered and deep fried pork cutlet with mayo / Grilled squid with miso sauce
Deep fried lotus root and bacon salad with garlic chips
And of course, SASHIMI!
After lunch we went to the mall where I went crazy and bought up some more cookies and crackers.
Take a look at some of the types of stuff we bought : (pics taken off the web)
I would love to show you the actual things I bought but they're in paper bags and sitting in a heap on the table and I'm too tired to unwrap everything for a picture. So these will have to do.
TOP-BOTTOM, L-R : Kueh Lapis (Layer Cake), Prawn Rolls, Kuih Bangkit,
Bak Kwa (pork jerky),  Nian Gao (New year cake - a sticky flour and sugar concoction),
Love Letters aka Egg Rolls, Kuih Baulu, Pineapple Tarts
L-R : Peanut Cookies, Cashew Cookies
Too many to name... but you see what I'm up against here? This is why FFF is a real challenge!
More layer cake (which is the thing I bake) and pineapple tarts
and crispy fried something that I can't identify
Tarts, cookies, cookies, rolls, cookies, um... you get the idea
See above
I did get some interesting variations in addition to the standard fare:
Cheese Bangkit,
Cheese Pineapple-Blueberry Tarts,
Durian Love Letters!
OK so I ended up buying 18 tubs of various things, and I think Daddy had about 10+ too. He also bought pork jerky for the office. I didn't need any. (I've already gone thru one box and I have another sitting in the fridge... plus two more coming next week!)
Then we came home.
I undressed him, and rubbed his legs a little cos he'd been having a knee ache all day. I teased him about it - cos every time he stepped out of the car he'd be limping... the typical "I'm old and achy" geriatric gait... you know?
I'm sympathetic tho. I know what that feels like. But thankfully I haven't had to deal with any pains in a while.
I made an ice cold cup of honey and made him drink it - I don't think he drinks enough water. For that matter, neither did I, today. But we BOTH needed something a little more than just H2O after the long day we had and after lugging all my stuff back up to my flat.
Oh, did I forget to mention that we stopped at my mini-mart on the way back for me to buy 24 blocks of butter, 2 kilos of flour, and 5 dozen eggs for tomorrow's start-of-bakefest? We trudged home with 5 bags of stuff. Big bags too.
Yeah. We needed to lie down.
Then I began to knead his tired muscles. And his not-at-all-tired Roger.
Who woke up quickly enough.
After some sucking he reached for a nipple. I had on a loose fitting tank dress which had a wide enough neckline that the shoulder straps could come right off, so I shrugged the top of my dress off, letting it pool around my waist where I was sitting beside him. Daddy seemed to appreciate the exposed boobs.
He fiddled and tweaked, and pushed my head down on Roger and soon enough I wanted him in me!
So we swapped places, I got below him, and we did our Valentine's Day duty!
FFF 2 Recap
IMPORTANT READING IF YOU'RE GAINING INSTEAD OF DROPPING POUNDS -
I've noticed a few people mentioning that their scales are moving in the wrong direction. I myself experience this whenever I've stopped exercising regularly and restart - and I KNOW how depressing and demoralising it can be.
BUT please don't give up. It's a natural process and (I was wrong, it's NOT because muscle weighs more than fat - I mean, it does, but that doesn't kick in till later) - where was I? Oh yes. It's a natural process and the inflammation in the muscle fibres will encourage some water retention to help with the healing. And there is also something about glycogen stores but you can read about that on your own in the following links:
1. Why Am I Gaining Weight?
2. Ghrelin and Stress can add to the weight too!
3. (And speaking of Ghrelin, if you're still menstruating, read this article on hormones and appetite.)
4. Weight is not the same as Fat, and Calorie intake is still very Important!
5. An interesting take on Fun vs Chore when it comes to Exercise and how that impacts SNACK choices. I'm not too convinced but it may make sense for you. Have a read.
THIS IS NONE OF US!!! But isn't it so cute?
Downunder Don :
I am absolutely gutted, kept to the plan, walked 2 days, exercise bike 4 days, heavy fast 2 days...and I have put ON 0.6Kgs. Stubborn fat is going to need some heavy work to shift it!
Roz :
I have kept up the floor exercises but the stair walking is down this week due only having a 3 day week. I did meet these goals on all 3 days though. I haven't really done anything about changing my eating yet, which I also should be doing.
Ella :
I want to read about the Intermittent Fasting. I tried that on weekends once upon a time back on the Atkins diet. The weight loss on that whole thing was not lasting for me, but I may decide to revisit.
Have kept my food journal all week. That always keeps me on track.
Deena :
Week 2 of Weight Watchers and I lost so that made me happy. I also exercised which I thought would help me sleep but...nope. It's very helpful to know I am going to come here. I love reading about everyone's successes.
I Have New Knickers
Wanna see them?
This one's from Wish. And that's Daddy's chest I've laid it on to take a pic.
This one's NOT from Wish. And that's NOT Daddy's chest.
It's surprisingly comfortable! I think I'll wear it when I go out tonight to watch the game with BIKSS. There *IS* a horseshoe lucky charm on the waistband :)
FFF 2
Are we still alive? Is everyone feeling fitter? More zen? Are our homes less cluttered? Hands up all you awesome, productive, healthy people!!
My stats this week:
Exercise - 3 out of 4 (minimum met... so I'm happy enough!)
10k days - 5 out of 5 (woot!)
Max steps - 15,427 on Friday (also the day we celebrated BIKSS' birthday!)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And now, here are some websites to look at if you're thinking/curious about  (or practising) Intermittent Fasting aka IF for short:

Types of Intermittent Fasting for keto dieters

Intermittent Fasting for weight loss

If 5:2 is too hard, try 16:8 instead

What is this KETO DIET all about anyway?

Please feel free to share your experience with Intermittent Fasting if you've tried it, or are on it. So far I've managed SOME 16:8 days, but it's not something I set out to do every day. Most of the time I only manage it on weekends. Seems to help with calorie restriction, since, you know, the eating window is limited after all :)

And remember, if you're interested in any particular topic and would like to know more about it, let me know and I'll scour the web to see if I can link any good articles on future FFF posts!
